We cannot tell you too much about the location of the places on this tour, we can tell you your first stop on the tour is approx 1.5 hours drive from the Kuta area. And your tour starts with a visit to watch a morning blessing and Barong Dance (Traditional Balinese Dance). We then travel further north along the road side we see green rice fields, local farms and huge mountains in the distance, Heading up into the mountains region and into accent forest to our next few stops, here you will need your camera. These mountain look out points give amazing panoramic views down in to the volcanic crater lake and its surrounding volcano and mountains. We then head for lunch at a cliff top restaurant that has direct views down to mystic lake, for lunch you can try traditional grilled fresh water fish caught that morning from the lake, with rice and Balinese spices and sauces, also fresh fruit only found in this region . There is also standard Indonesian and western foods available.
After lunch we head down thru ancient hillside villages to the mystical lake, there are a number of great things to do around the lake side: Swim in volcanic hot springs, hire a local boat and guide to explore the lake and visit villages, fish farms, traditional floating restaurants, markets and more, or if your game you can visit the amazing 1 of a kind cemetery which buries the dead above ground by a spiritual tree.
Volcanic Hot springs to choose from vary there are traditional local springs, private tiled pool like springs with fountains, infinity pool hot springs that sell ice cold Bintang, snacks and overlook the Lake.
